Abstract:
This report summarizes the results of an intensive assessment of four automated systems that support food stamp program operations. The study had three major objectives: to identify specific innovative or advanced user functions; to estimate the overall cost of developing these systems; and to identify the major benefits of these systems as perceived by users.
