Abstract:
The purpose of this report is to synthesize and summarize the results of the study that investigated the quality of SIPP (Survey of Income and Program Participation) data in terms of its ability to estimate precisely Food Stamp Program eligibility. It provides a better understanding of the value of SIPP in food stamp research by highlighting both the strengths and weaknesses of the SIPP data.
